IKEDC Graduate Programs

The Graduate Management Programme (GMP) at Ikeja Electric offers two unique paths: Graduate Management Trainees and Graduate Engineering Trainees. The program aims to attract bright, ambitious graduates and provide them with an environment to expand their experiences from the beginning.
The intensive and comprehensive Graduate Management Programme will equip Management Trainees with the skills and professional competence required for a successful career at Ikeja Electric. Similarly, the Graduate Engineering Programme will empower Engineers with the expertise needed for a successful engineering career with Ikeja Electric.
Requirements for IKEDC Recruitment 2023
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or H.N.D.) in Social Sciences or a related discipline. Additionally, they should have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources management. Possessing Human Resources professional qualifications will be advantageous.
