NAHCO Aviance 2023 Available Positions
1. INTERNAL / EXTERNAL VACANCY – HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST: NAHCO Aviance invites suitably qualified candidates to join their Human Resources Department.
Key responsibilities include managing staff records, documentation, filing, and retrieval systems, handling employee data on the ERP database system, managing payroll, pension, welfare, and disciplinary issues, providing HR support to all levels of staff, handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes, and assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Applicants should hold a 1st Degree or equivalent and relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM). Additionally, a minimum of 2-3 years HR/Administrative experience in a leading organization, good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels, consulting skills in HR, and familiarity with HR ERP are desirable.
2. INTERNAL VACANCY – PROCUREMENT OFFICER: NAHCO Aviance is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Procurement Officer in their Procurement Department. Responsibilities include monitoring and updating purchase orders, tracking costs and delivery dates, confirming procurement transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations, ensuring procurement procedures align with industry best practices, and liaising with other departments to determine their product and service needs.
Applicants should hold a 1st Degree or equivalent in Purchasing and Supply, Business Management, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, good knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and procurement best practices, excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities are desirable.
